Native Hawaiian Gifted and Talented

Purpose of this program:
To provide financial assistance to: 1) Address the special needs of gifted and talented Native Hawaiian elementary and secondary school students; (2) provide support services to the families of such students; and (3) to develop culturally sensitive instruments for identifying gifted and potentially gifted Native Hawaiian students.
